APX10
A 10-zone fitness test completed in order with no required running between zones. Built for pure work capacity, strength under fatigue, and fast transitions.
APX10 1 Mile
Complete the same 10 zones in order, with a 0.10-mile run after each zone before entering the next zone (total running: 1.0 mile).
APX10 5K
Complete the same 10 zones in order, with a 0.31-mile run after each zone before entering the next zone (total running: 3.1 miles / 5K).
